ill not pvp but get all my stats to 60 for the At SL120, some builds can stack their damage ceiling too high to justify using many unique builds/gearsets

Question about SL 120 vs 140 for PvP So, my understanding from my own personal scouring of the forums and and youtube and the wiki and whatnot seems to be that the "120 diehards" want it that way because their specific build is most effective at that level, and are willing to fight for it to the point of keeping other builds unviable
